7th March 2013 11am to 4pm at The Bridge Collective
Unit 4, King Street Business Centre, King Street, Exeter, EX1 1BQ
Special guest Chris Holland, storyteller, nature connection specialist, and author of “I Love My World”
The day will include a taste of what we do in the Greenwood Project, a chance to find out more about it and to explore what nature and the outdoor world means to us and how we can get out and experience it.
Anybody is welcome to come for any part of the day, whether you are:
Someone who is already regularly involved in the Greenwood Project;
Someone who is interested in finding out more about it;
Someone who does similar work and would like to meet us and share ideas.
There is no cost though we will gratefully accept any small donation towards our costs, and you can participate simply by coming and looking and listening, or you can join in with making or discussion as you wish.
We will create a woodland camp within the Bridge Collective and in it there will be the chance to hear stories of Greenwood life, make something simple for yourself from natural materials, and see some of the things people have made or found outdoors at Greenwood events.
There will be displays of places we’ve been and things we’ve done, and the Bridge Collective Discussion Group will host a discussion about “me and the natural environment.”
A space to bring and show something you’ve made or found outdoors (in the Greenwood Project or anyhere else).
An indoor picnic
